This brooch is wonderfully simple in form and function. The pin is fixed neatly at one end in the large silver rivet and fastens with a click into the tail of the brooch at the other. The reverse side of the brooch is not textured as the front side is, so you have a choice as to which way to wear this item. The stainless steel has been oxidised black and then treated with a fine emery mop which removes some of the oxide highlighting the textured surface.
